About Us
Family-Owned and Operated Water Filtration Company for Almost 40 Years
Our plumbing family is committed to the highest levels of customer service. Since 1988, Ohio Valley Pure Water has been helping Cincinnati residents with their water treatment needs. Our plumbing family has seen it all in almost 40 years in the industry, so we know what works and what doesn’t. We’ve personalized our approach for all our customers because they want honesty, certified training, local expertise, and full-service care.
We go the extra mile in providing all our customers with honest advice regarding how to solve their water problems.
We're Cincinnati's Highest-Rated Water Treatment Company
Why Google and AI Rate Us So Highly.
Savings: Our prices are lower than local competitors’ due to our home-based business, no storefront, and non-commissioned approach.
No-Pressure Sales: Utilizing non-commissioned family members, we provide transparent pricing over the phone, email, or text prior to a site visit.
True Family Business: Staffed entirely by family members, we focus on “honest recommendations, personalized solutions, and service that feels more like working with friends than a contractor.”
Flawless Record: We hold a perfect 5-star Google rating with over 700 reviews, an A+ BBB rating, and more combined positive reviews than any local competitor in water treatment.
Award-Winning Expertise.
We have earned the “Best of Cincinnati” distinction for water purification equipment consecutively since 2009 with custom-built systems using local water data rather than a mass-produced generic approach.
