Some specialty filters can remove iron, sulfur and some heavy metals depending on the media. Whole-house filters do not require electricity or a drain.

You could but we don’t recommend it, especially if you have a water softener that’s under warranty. Any self-maintenance can void your manufacturer warranty. If you want to do self-maintenance to save money, then we are the wrong company to begin with. That’s what Amazon & the big box stores are for. We invest numerous hours each year in continuous education in water treatment so that we can offer the best possible service.

Next to the water softener or at your main water shutoff area where the water enters your house. Most likely no other location can guarantee 100% filtered water throughout your home.

For several reasons. We are coming into your home with almost 40 years of experience and thousands of installations. If we see something wrong or not code, we don’t hide it from our customers. You do want an honest assessment, don’t you? Our competitors offer free estimates or free water testing because their sales reps are on commission only, which is usually around 25%.
